PENNSYLVANIA CREATIVE INDUSTRIES
A creative district is a walkable, geographically defined area by a municipality with a high concentration of cultural facilities, creative businesses and entrepreneurs, artists, and culture bearers.
Creative districts promote unique assets, quality of life, visitors, talent, and investment. This survey will help identify the people and practices that can make a South Side Creative District real, specific, and rooted in the place.
